Terms and Conditions

Design approval and confirmation to proceed

Before casting your flowers into resin, we will provide photographs of the proposed mould layout and the preserved flowers, showing their condition, arrangement and appearance before casting. Customers are asked to review these images carefully and confirm they are happy for us to proceed.

Once approval has been given and casting has commenced, the preservation process cannot be reversed. We are therefore unable to offer refunds solely because a customer subsequently changes their mind about the approved arrangement or about natural characteristics that were explained before booking and were visible in the photographs provided.

Natural characteristics of preserved flowers

Flower preservation is a handcrafted process using real, natural flowers. While every care is taken to preserve your flowers as beautifully as possible, we cannot guarantee that they will retain their exact original colour, shade or appearance throughout the preservation and resin-casting process.

Some flowers may naturally darken or change tone during drying and casting. White and very pale flowers can be particularly susceptible to slight yellowing, browning or becoming more cream in colour. The heat generated during resin curing may also contribute to subtle colour changes.

Small variations, natural markings, changes in petal transparency and occasional miniature bubbles may also occur. These characteristics can be part of creating an individually handcrafted piece using natural materials.

Product Expectations

Examples of our completed preservation work can be found throughout our website and social media. We strongly recommend reviewing these examples and our "Before you Book" guide before booking, to help you understand the potential variations and have realistic expectations of the finished piece.

Cancellations before work begins

If you need to cancel your order before preservation or bespoke production has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund or amount retained will be assessed in accordance with the stage of work, costs incurred and applicable consumer law.

Bespoke and personalised orders

Our preservation pieces are individually commissioned using each customer's own flowers and are made specifically for them. As a result, we cannot offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind or is unhappy with the finished appearance after approving the pre-casting photographs, where the finished piece is consistent with the agreed design and the natural characteristics explained before booking.

Once bespoke work has been completed, we cannot accept cancellations solely because a customer no longer wants the commissioned piece. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights that apply.

Ordering or booking a service

By placing an order or booking a preservation service, you acknowledge that natural variations can occur during flower preservation and resin casting. Minor colour changes and other characteristics inherent to the process, where consistent with the information provided before booking and the agreed description of the service, will not automatically constitute a fault or entitle a customer to a refund.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights if a finished piece is faulty, not as described or the service has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill.
